Spartek Systems announced today that it has acquired Nan Gall Energy Systems Limited, an Aberdeen, Scotland based private company, specializing in the design and manufacture of leading downhole and surface data acquisition systems for the oil and gas industry. Founded in 1989, Nan Gall has been providing the industry with innovative and reliable products such as downhole shut-in tools, intelligent trigger modules, depth loggers, and pressure and temperature gauges.
