FPAL is an organisation established in 1996 which is owned and governed by oil & gas industry companies representing operators, contractors and suppliers. Their prime objective is to identify opportunities for cost reduction and performance improvement throughout the supply chain. They are primarily concerned with bringing efficiencies in the procurement of goods and services by sharing better information and minimising duplication.

FPAL is governed by a Board of Directors comprising of representatives from both purchasers and suppliers. Although primarily UK based, FPAL is migrating to European and Global applications covering all sectors within the oil & gas industry. The company maintains close links with industry bodies and other associated e-procurement services (e.g. E-commerce Trading Exchanges, LOGIC, Industry Trade Associations, etc.) and provides access to their services via its web portal.

  • Enabling us to provide consistent and up-to-date information to potential purchasers in a cost effective manner.
  • Minimising inefficiencies between purchasers and suppliers through eliminating duplicated registration and pre-qualification activities.
